How I work

I believe everyone has skills, knowledge, beliefs, and abilities that will assist them to make changes.

Our conversations will assist you to explore all that who you are and how you can make changes. I will support you in a way that allows you to discover your way of moving forward and I will help you identify and achieve your goals.

Besides counselling I have many other interests, such as tai chi, cooking, yoga and furniture making, which brings creativity and spontaneity into my work with you.

There are situations when it is necessary to spend more time together and we will discuss this in the first session in order to develop a program according to your needs. Your commitment and regular attendance to your sessions will help you make those initial steps to move forward.
